1. Who we are

RPForger ("we", "us") operates rpforger.com, an online tool that generates FiveM scripts from natural-language prompts. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and the rights you have over it. If you have questions, contact us at privacy@rpforger.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — your email address and authentication identifiers, handled by our authentication provider (Supabase). If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and basic profile from Google.
• Payment data — subscriptions and credit purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; we store only your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers.
• Generation data — the prompts you submit and the scripts we generate, stored so you can revisit your history and continue conversations.
• Usage & analytics — with your consent, aggregate, privacy-friendly traffic metrics via Vercel Analytics.
• Technical data — IP address and request metadata used for security and anti-abuse (for example, rate limiting sign-ups).

3. How we use your data

We process your data to provide and secure the service: authenticate you, generate and store your scripts, process payments and credits, prevent abuse, and — where you have consented — understand traffic so we can improve RPForger. Prompts are sent to our AI provider solely to generate your requested output.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

We rely on performance of a contract to run your account and generations, legitimate interests for security and anti-abuse, consent for analytics cookies, and legal obligation for retaining payment records.

5. Sharing & processors

We share data only with the processors that run the service: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), our AI provider (prompt processing), and Vercel (hosting and, with consent, analytics). Each processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Retention

We keep account and generation data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your generation history at any time, and you can request full account deletion. Payment records may be retained longer where required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@rpforger.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and where appropriate we will ask for renewed consent.
